Fave thing about the Fandom: Idk, I'm really new and it just seems so lovely and friendly, as well as a place to express my behaviors that aren't considered human ^^

So, I'd really like to make/buy a fursuit- I have a fursona ready (aside from drawing a reference of them- My tablet broke :c) and I'd like some advice from people who make fursuits/have bought them!

What do you need advice on?

Do you own a fursuit: No, but I'm getting my first tail in about a month, and I'm quite far into saving for my first head and paws, so hopefully in a year or so I'll either have those or be close to it!

If so have any pictures: In meh signature (lots more pictures on my Twitter as well). I made her myself earlier this year, it took a lot of trial and error but I'm really happy with how she turned out <3
Fave thing about the Fandom: So much fluffy cuteness, and the conventions are lots of fun :3 My next cons are Midwest FurFest and Gateway FurMeet, and possibly Megaplex and Indy Furcon next year too <3

If you're not looking for anything "custom" or super fancy, Walmart has a pretty decent selection of bandanas for sale (I buy them for my dog all the time lol). Otherwise, I'd recommend checking FA or Facebook furry groups, specifically the fursuit groups. I've seen plenty of people that make custom bandanas. c:

Cons are great for bandannas, collars, harnesses, etc., every con I’ve been to had atleast one booth selling them. Otherwise searching ‘fursuit bandanna’ on Etsy should yield some other options. I personally have one from Lydia Arts from MFF 2015 and it’s still doing great, it has velcro for easy on and off even in handpaws.

Your fursuit looks amazing, you did a great job on her! I’m gonna be at MFF too, it’s such a fun con but their huge dealers den makes my wallet cry lol. I’m also planning on going to Aquatifur and FurSquared, it’s gonna be a busy winter for me.

I'm gonna get a base and fur and redo my head on my own. I got my current head absurdly cheap from a friend but I wanna try my own hand at making a head. She doesn't get a whole lot of a mileage since my local furry scene fell apart after a big nasty event and we've been having a heat wave but once I get her fixed up I'm planning on doing some fursuit gaming streams.

While I do plan on upgrading her, Matcha's visibility is top notch, I can game in my head totally fine.

Fave thing about the Fandom: I love seeing everyone's amazing characters and beautifully made suits, but I also love the wonderful people in this community. Almost everyone is so accepting and willing to help and offer advice ^^

(Don't want to double post, so I'm just going to edit this in here)

Can anyone recommend me some good makers who do partials? I would prefer if they did business through Twitter or Instagram, and they would also have to be willing to work with a minor or my parent, since I'm under 18. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
