"Very good!" praised Manepelt. "Now try moving forward like this." He demonstrated by creeping forward, his head stretched out. His paws made no noise as he placed them carefully on the ground.

Forestkit let a purr exsape her throut. She wathced him once more and varefuly placed one paw infront of the other and slowly moved forward not even breathing, she smiled and pounced at Manestar's tail lightly biting it. Her eyes shone happly.

"Very, very good, Forestkit," said Manestar. "I think that will be all today. You'll be an apprentice soon and you'll learn more then." he said as he moved his tail away from Forestkit's mouth and paws.

Forestkit "Thank you Manestar!" She sqeeled and jumped to her feet and waited by the entrance of the Hollow.

Manestar smiled and then followed her out of the hollow and back to camp.

Forestkit yawned, she was tired, she looked up at Manestar as if to ask if she could go take a nap.

Rattail slipped back into camp and started grooming hisself.

Manestar smiled at her. "You might want to go get some sleep. You still have to grow," he said, yawning.
