I participated in last years hunt for these pup mysteries, but here’s something I don’t know if I ever thought about it noticed.
Are there any mods that... make pups but don’t participate here? And if so, do they just bluntly say it when their pup grows, or do they wait until they’re all guessed?

I want to say that in the past everyone has participated at least once, but I'd have to go back and confirm that. That said, typically everyone waits until the end, when final outcomes are announced/in the archive.
