I'd say the second and last one are really close. I have seen some people wanting the original hamsters more, but not enough to make a difference. Honestly, I'd stick with the last one, but honestly I feel like you could get more, but that's just me xD

The gap between the angel advent and batdog is about a low advent.
The store pets only add up to 2.5 ‘09 rares, so at least one ‘10 rare needs to be added to the top.
Demand is up to you, but I typically see all involved pets fetch fair trades.

Rarity wise, they're overpaying. Your side is 1 '09 rare, their side is over 3 '09 rares. It's honestly up to you if you want this trade or not. Some people are willing to trade fairly for rats. (:
