Considering the years those items came out, and valuing them at an uncommon each, it's unfair to you;

Reindeer Sleigh = Christmas 2011
Candy Basket and Hearts = Valentine's Day 2011
Little Bats (x2) = Halloween 2012
Fireflies (x4) = Slumber Party 2013

They're not old enough, or rare enough, to be worth 2 2009 rares + the add on your side. They actually wouldn't even add up to 1 '09 rare together.

Rarity wise, the second trade is overpaying more than the first trade.

Your dragon is worth the 3 month rule / another '09 rare.
Trade 1: their side is worth 3 '09 rares (valuing the zodiac at 1 '09 rare)
Trade 2: their side is worth 8 '09 rares

It's honestly up to you how you value them demand wise, and how you value your Dragon demand wise. it's up to you which trade you want. We can't give you an exact answer on what they go for as everyone values things differently. ^^

It's unfair to you. Your Store Pet is worth 2 '09 rares + '10 rare, their bunny is only worth 1 '09 rare (originally from Easter 2010). ^^

2011 Store Pet = 2 2009 Rares + 1 2010 Rare
