I’ve tried running your hints through a caesar cipher description tool but I’ve just gotten gibberish. Does yours also lead to a mixed word?

I bet it's just coincidence but using Caesar Cipher with shift 33 (because those Romanian numbers) word lzha turns to esat. Which can be unscrambled into east. And we had north before. I don't know, it seems too complicated XD

ok, ive tried basically everything and I cannot unscramble "R2C11" or even find out a root of what it means so far its not a word its not binary code its also not morse code, any other suggestions?

There are a looot more codes/ciphers than that buuut I still don't have an idea what that means, I tried every single one I know and only thing I got is RWK lol
