small update on progress;

i currently don't have access to stable internet (apartment issues) but daryll is running the program from home and has counted the first 600,000 pets! we should have 2008 counted by the end of the week ^^

Numbers Update and Helpers Needed

we need helps to run the code for us. my internet is currently not stable enough to run the code which means daryll is running it all by himself. we are looking people with experience in running code. we have written up a step by step guide on how to run this python code but if you already have experience, your life will be much easier. if you would like to learn, you are more than welcome to try but any questions or help may have a delayed response.

onto the fun stuff! we have finished counting the first 1.3 million pets! these are the numbers for the 950k because 2008 finishes at ~922k pets

there might be some january 2009 pets in there. i tried to remove them all but there were a lot of pets so i may have missed something. lots to unpack here. i encourage discussion and more from everyone. i want to know what everyone thinks so far. here is an example of what we will do once we have everything counted.
