Mayia used the staff that she held to keep her balance. When it crossed the point where she was not allowed to pass, a current ran up the staff and shocked her into dropping it. She shook her head and rubbed her temple with her left hand, feeling the pain drilling into her skull there. She picked up her staff again and scooted away from that invisible little boundary, avoiding eye contact. "T-The depths of evil... It lies in everyone and... And I will not be stupid enough to risk that again..." She said lowly, her voice making her message a lot less threatening. After that, she just didn't dare to open her mouth and stabbed her staff into the moist ground, holding onto it for support.

Yet again was Halomaru brought to the riverside, seeing Elenwen once again. He stood right behing her, grinned and croushed to bring his mouth by her ear. "Hello again." He said rather quickly, seeing if he could scare her. That devious, reptilian grin was the main point in his face and it was also the part of his face that stood out the most with glistening white teeth.

Elenwen got to her feet at the sound of a voice behind her. She got up but when she turned around she found herself almost nose to nose with Halomaru. She jumped a bit and skitted back a few paces, she ended up ankle deep in water. She looked up at him, rather dissapointed, she didn't like water. She looked odwn at her soaked boots in dismay, Ava would kill her! Elenwen looked up at him again "Again; May I help you?" she asked, she made sure she felt no emotion and let none sink into her voice.

Alhar gave her an odd look "Well I hope I'm not evil." he said with a smile, she didn't seem to be in the best of health "Maybe you should sit down, you aren't looking very well." he said gingerly, guesturing to a dry part of grass in the shadow of one of the trees, he didn't want anyone ot get hurt.

Mayia lowered her shoulders, looking up at Alhar quietly with a light hint of surprise. He was simply trying to be kind to her rather than commanding with thoughts of helping. Mayia shook her head though, inching back just a bit and eyed Alhar a little suspiciously. Don't give in... No matter your condition, you can't relax here... Not with these people... She thought to herself, taking another step back, taking her staff with her. One of her feet gave way with some crumbling dirt, nearing pulling her into the river. She just fell onto the ground, curing herself again for making a fool out of herself in front of these people, but at this point, the ground seemed just fine. She would clean up afterwards. She just needed the rest at this point.

Halomaru chucked a bit, stepping aside and holding out a hand to offer to lead Elenwen out of the water. "Oh der. It looks like you got a little wet." He said with a playful expression. He really was an irritating person, never stayed with for longer than about half of a day. "I didn't want anything. I just like your company." He said to answer her question, staying in the position to offer the girl some help.

"Are you alright?" Ash asked gently from where she stood, rather out of the way of Mayia. She knew that she certainly wasn't a favorite of the girl's, but she still did want to help her. She glanced around, her eyes sweeping the area for any danger. She noticed that the dark boy who didn't speak had disappeared, but she didn't give it much thought. She let out a soft sigh, pulling her fans free and sinking to the ground nearby, willing to protect the girl against any attackers.

Mayia had take to just sitting up, looking down at the water tiredly. Her back was covered with mud and little clumps were on the ends of her hair. She wanted to hum to herself to calm herself down, since the sight reminded her of something strange... Her mind wandered back to that dark boy. He was rather familiar... Long hair... A silent, yet calm nature... A kind, but cold expression... "... S-Skye..." She muttered quietly, her eyes widening a bit as she raised her head. "T-That was it... He could have b-" Mayia got too excited, her bruise wrenching, forcing Mayia to double over, some of her hair going into the water and the river swept away the dirt. One more memory uncovered. There were a lot to find from before her accident.
