(personally I love these guys, they're just so cool. There used to be one by my house that used to eat all the carrion, my mother hated it but I adored it. Also I might of snuck out to feed it eggs a few times)

The rusty-spotted cat (Prionailurus rubiginosus) is one of the cat family's smallest members, of which historical records are known only from India and Sri Lanka. In 2012, it was also recorded in the western Terai of Nepal.

The picture you posted does not look like a rusty spotted cat at all
