im usually pretty good! i dont tend to paint them other than a clear layer (for protection i say to those who ask, but really i just like the shine and feel). i cut them only to keep them even, so they're relatively long compared to most people; everyone i know bites theirs too, but im too much of a mysophobe to give in to that compulsion!
