A loud speaker placed in every town buzzes as it comes to life. A slight cough and shuffle of papers comes through followed by a deep voice,

"This is your president speaking. Do not be alarmed. There has been a security breach across the country. You are not at risk. Experiments done by scientists for the government have escaped. The experiments are all teenagers, ages 16-19 They are harmless to most other people, but can become dangerous near Authority. We advise that if you see one of these experiments you notify the government immediately! They will obviously try there best to blend in. The only thing about them that stands out is an identification code located on their irises and they all have a barcode behind their ear. They all have a chip in them that will set off special chip detectors. All police officers will have on them readily available and have been notified of where the chip is placed in each experiment. This has been your president. Thank you."

The speech is followed by a short buzz then silence as the speaker turns off. After several minutes you hear panicking voices of your neighbors all around you. When you walk into school you must go through extra security. They search you for a chip, an ID number, and a barcode.

Experiments are teens who have been genetically modified to have enhanced abilities. They are stronger, faster, and smarter than the average human. They have unlocked more of their brain and all have the ability to see in the dark. Very few may be able to use a bit of telepathy like reading thoughts of people within a 3 foot radius, or moving small objects (these telepathic abilities may be aquired, or enhanced over time with practice but your charater may only have one of the two, not both). They have their ID# embedded into their iris, but some may have discovered how to make contacts that are undetectable and that hid the ID#. The barcode can be covered by makeup or they can be removed by someone who is against the government experimenting on teens amd children. As for the chip, you know of it, but not the placement. You must try to avoid being checked for a chip at all costs until you figure out where it is located. The chip for each experiment is in a different location that the next. No two chips were placed in the same spot. You can try to build your own chip detector, but you dont know what part of the chip sets it off so you'll have to go about it by trial and error. If you are more daring, you can get swiped by a police officer and when the chip detector goes off, try to escape to have it taken out for you. The choice is yours.

As an experiment you are on the run from the government and you are trying to blend in with society. You may get a job and attend school once you have had your chip removed, until you have it removed you need to find people you can trust and live in secret.
