[Mayiamaru]

Mayia quietly shuddered, lowering down to her knees, clenching her hands to her staff. "P-People like you... Poison... Poison coated with sugar and lies...." She said quietly, unable to bring herself back to her feet as she breathed lowly. A thought occured to her that made her raise her head again though. The reason that she had turned to run in the first place. A boy in the shadows... Where was he? Did she get discovered for nothing?... Where is he?... Mayia thought to herself, glaring through the fog and scanning in a feeble attempt. T-This was all for nothing... wasn't it... Mayia was on the verge of tears and lowered her head. "Stupid..." She muttered sourly, which was hard with Mayia's voice. Nonetheless, she hated herself right now, but at the same time, she was beginning to hate that girl behind her for having noticed her and that boy who may or may not have been there.

"I am nothing like most people..." Ash murmured gently, slowly moving towards her. "Shhh... You can trust me..." she added. She very gently took her face in her hands, tilting the girl's head up, forcing her to look into her gentle eyes. "I will help you..." she said softly, just trying to get the girl to trust her. She knew that it would be very, very hard to do, but she wanted to help her, though she wasn't sure why. She knew that the human that had seemed amazed by the two of them was still around, but she refused to look away from Mayia and see where he was, and she couldn't remember his name for the life of her. "I'm Ash..." she muttered, knowing that your name was something you rarely gave, but that was certainly not her full name.

Lev was beginning to come out of the shadows, interested by what was going on over there. He had seen the weak Sulent pass out, but then he had been distracted by something. His long hair moved with the mist as he walked closer, standing behind the other human. "What is going on?" he asked quietly in his dark, mysterious voice.

Maddy made some bird calls in the forest, attracting birds for her to hunt, she readied her arrows and crept closer

Alhar turned to the man who came out of the shadows and shrugged helplessly "I really don't know what's going on." Alhar was confused and a little shocked at what had just happened. His brain took time to figure things out, right now he was lacking that time. He looks up to the boy and shook his head, shugging. His light hair wagging from side to side. He was quickly distracted though, there it was, another flash of silver but it wasn't the right silver. He would have reached for his blade but it was high in his back, making it impossible to leave half drawn.

When the drancing finished the clan dispursed to do their variouse duties around camp. Elenwen walked over to hang the clothes, she needed time to think but that time wasn't given to her. "Come, we must practice your reading." Madame Ava called form the dying fire side. Elenwen set down the dress she had been washing and called over one of the younger girls to complete her task. She walked over and sat next to Madame Ava who was laying cards out on a small table. Elenwen looked at the cards with dismay, you had to have full concentration to read them and right now she didn't have half that strenght. "Read." Madame Ave commanded. Elenwen's hands drifted over one card and then the next, picking a few here and there, laying them out in front of her. She opened her eyes and looked down. A three of spades, king of hearts, the joker, and the queen of clubs. She looked down at them in dismay, she knew they meant something, and deep inside her she knew they meant something important but her mind wanderd. "I-I am sorry Madame Ava, my mind isn't fully with me for the moment. Perhaps I should take a walk, try and calm my head." Elenwen said slowly rising to her feet. "As you will." Madame Ava said with a little nod as she regather the cards into a pile. She could sense Elenwen was hiding something but she knew that the girl would reveil what had happened in time. Elenwen herself got to her feet and headed back towards the river, the mists had always helped her think.

((The cards are a riddle and they are telling what is going to happen if you can figure it out... I told you there would be fortune telling but who said it would be easy, this is how gypsies would have done it, the classic cards. ))

Mayia pulled away defensively and stood at the edge of the water. She had to be very careful or risk a dip in the water in which she wouldn't be able to fight in her condition. "Mayia... A-And... I don't need your help." Mayia said, averting her eyes, bur rhw second he heard another come, she paled, her eyes widening a bit before she shuddered in a shock that was indescribable. So many people... Hunter, this just isn't good... Not good at all... She thought to herself as she forced her shoulders to lowers to hide her fear. Mayia still wanted to run, but moving stopped being an option. She was trapped... That chant kept Mayia from leaving this river bank, and Ash kept Mayia from being able to move freely. She became a puppet again. What ever they wanted from her, they would probably get it.

Mayia could feel her balance slip away with her mind. It was starting to hurt quite a bit. She needed more rest. "W-What did you all want?..." She asked cautiously, moving her head so her eyes could search the ground in a silent surviellance. She wasn't going to go down without a fight... And she probably wouldn't trust anyone here just like that either. Escpecially not Ash.

Halomaru continued to fly, looking down. He wondered what he could find here... Where Elenwen had run in a place like this. There had to be something around here. A camp... A village. Something that would give Halomuar yet another rush. Sure enough, he spotted a village, folded his wings and dove into the trees below, his wing vanishing just as he landed. He then jumped down from the branch, his cloak wrapped around him.

((It's a camp; Gypsies tend to move around a lot so they travel in caravans but no problem XD. My riddle rules!!))
Elenwen walked towards the bank when something floated down in front of her. She quickly snatched it out of the air. It was the king of hearts; his bright colours shone brightly as she held him up against the gray sky. She looked at it but the peices couldn't fit into her mind. She looked at the card more closely. She was sure Ava had sent it to her as a rememder but as she looked at the card she saw the sideways looking eyes snap to stare at her. Elenwen let out a scream and dropped the card onto the sand, it was face up but she was to afraid to touch it. She staggered away from it like it was a snake on the vergue of striking.

Alhar gave a sad smile "I don't know why I'm here, I don't even know where I am. Would you be able to help me?" he asked, he wasn't used to asking other peoples help, most of the time they asked him. He did his best to give a smile " He didn't know anything, this girl was his only hope "But first could I know your name?" he said gently, he didn't want to scare her and he could tell she was easily scared but no coward.

Maddy ran through the woods, she had just had a fight with a bear and had killed it, but now had to get away before the fight attracts unwanted attention, she raed past all the trees and through the mist, this was her reality, running...always running, from what?...Not even she knows...
