3 Month rule pet, no special/general demand.
But, you can trade down using the formula, 1 VR = 4 rares, same year. (Some use 1 vr = 2 rares, same year, but im using this.)

The dragon is worth 4 2011 rares, or, 8 2012 rares (or 2 2012 VRs.)
