Where are these animal eggs coming from?

They can be obtained by clicking the banner that rewards the Eggs that you can exchange for pets.

Really? I saw one as soon as I clicked on the Easter Hunt thing. Just keep looking on the bottom of the page, at any page you go to.

Lol, right after I posted, one appeared! It took awhile though.

Why is there a "You've found a hidden prize too recently, you need to wait at least 19 minutes before you can get a prize again ." on the bottom of the page where you get the egg? Does this mean I have to wait another 19 minutes until I can get another egg...? I feel so stupid today. DX
