Mirabelle vaguely felt something warm against her flesh. Her blood ran cold, however, when she heard yet more shrieking howls emanating from the woods. There are MORE of them!? she wanted to scream. The second wave descended upon the demigods like an avalanche, cutting through the group of demigods once more. In her weakened state, it was all she could do to stay upright, let alone fight another battle. Her skin was about as white as the snow beneath her feet, while her lips were completely blue and her teeth were chattering. Nonetheless, she geared up for battle, shooting Finn a grateful look. "Th-th-th-than-nk-k-k y-y-you," she managed softly. All she wanted to do was curl up by a warm fire, but her friends needed her. She spun around to see a mass of Niphoi making their way towards Nick. "N-N-Nick-ck-ck!" she called out, though her shout was hindered by her chattering teeth. "B-b-b-b-behin-n-d-d-d y-y-you!" With no regard for her own safety whatsoever, she charged the group of Niphoi that were advancing upon him. She stabbed at one of them with her dagger, simultaneously slashing another to dust with the Xiphos. Suddenly, a Niphus exploded out of the snow under her feet, knocking her onto her butt. She raised her blades in a defencive position, making an 'X' in front of her face as the creatures advanced. There was no time to get to her feet. She tried to defend herself, but cold and exhaustion made her limbs slow to respond. She felt her sword arm grow heavy and noticed a Niphus holding onto her with all its might. She tried to swing at it with her other arm, but it was unresponsive as well. She looked down with startled eyes to see ice creeping up her entire body, encasing her in a thick sheath for the second time that battle.

"Why thank you," Juliet replied with a grin. She stepped into the warm embrace of the brick cabin, emitting a soft sigh as heat flooded her body. Most of the Hephaestus cabin seemed to be absent; they were probably at the forge working on some new stuff. Juliet's hazel eyes scanned the room until they alighted upon a rack of winter equipment that looked brand new. It wasn't all that well organised, by the looks of things, but then again, she lived in the messiest cabin in camp - if anyone could find a pair of skates in a pile of skis and sleds, it would be her. Keeping an eye out for any Hephaestus campers nearby, she dug around in the pile until she pulled out a pair of figure skates. "Size six; way too small," she muttered under her breath. She continued her search, trying to make as little noise as possible.

"Like, you won't find a group more trustworthy than us, at Camp Half-Blood, man," Chuck beamed. His grin faltered when Megan's voice shifted. "Yikes, that sounds, like, gnarly," he stated, wincing sympathetically. "Like, do you want some ambrosia or nectar for that, man? Or like, some tea, at least? I can like, take you to the Big House and get you fixed up, man. Plus, like, you should totally meet Chiron and Mr. D if you're, like, gonna stay."

Cami scowled at Logan as she shook her right hand to extinguish the flames, but a slight smile tugged at her lips. When her hand was safely fire-free, she swung her fist into his shoulder. It was intended to be playful, but the punch turned out to be rather forceful instead. "You suck," she blatantly informed him, folding her arms over her chest once more.
