Yosef sighed and went with it, but he knew he wasn’t going to do it for to long. Over five minutes and he’d kill the guy, so he had to be careful.
“Kay, if you wish.” Yosef straightened himself. “Take a breath!”
“If you die, I will personally take your soul to the underworld.” He rolled his eyes as Azura said that, but he really hoped she was joking.
It took a minute to do anything, he was aiming for at least ten seconds. It takes alot of energy to make someone lose their breath for something over two minutes. After a little bit, he focused all of his mind and powers onto Emile and counted to ten.
When he hit ten he stopped and took a pause. “....did it work?”

Olin somewhat joyfully ran into the doors of the university. The smell of blood made him feel powerfull, but he had to hold back. No way was he going to ruin his already-bad reputation of being a vampire. He shuffled his way down the halls, holding his backpack tightly.

"yeah, thanks for the reassurance sweetheart," emile said to azura, winking. upon request, he drew in a deep intake of breath, trying to savour the feeling of oxygen flowing through his lungs before yosef used his powers.
the lack of air hit him. emile, who had been assuming it was like holding his breath, was definitely underestimating the unpleasantness of it. the experience was like being crushed flat from the oxygen vanishing from your body so suddenly. after the few seconds were over - which felt like a decade - emile doubled over, attempting to suppress the many coughs that threatened to spill out.
"alright, that was a stupid decision," the elemental hissed out. "worked like a charm though."

Joshua looked back and forth between Keith and Kira, noticing how tense they both were. “So, ah, what classes do you guys think we’ll have? I haven’t picked up my schedule yet.” he said, trying to ease the tension.

Miles sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Don’t call me kitty, and yes, I know,” he said. “But it’s not my fault people are irritating.” He gave the guy a pointed look. “And I’m pretty sure the dorms are upstairs.” He was somewhat intrigued by Jasper; he was oddly sarcastic, especially knowing that Miles was a werejaguar and thus very irritable. “I’m Miles, by the way.”

Keith smiled. "Well,
it's nice to meet you Kira. What do you think of the school? Well, the outside anyway." He said with a small laugh, looking at her and wondering if she knew he was a Light. He assumed not, due to the fact that most Darks didn't talk to Lights. Darks had always hated lights, so when Kira started to talk to Keith, he found it rather weird.

She pushed her bag strap farther up her shoulder and thought for a moment "I suppose I am most hoping for an art class I believe they were supposed to have a good teacher" she answered tilting her head to the side still in thought. Looking back up and frowned and looked at Keith who was still looking at her looking him over she could feel a slight glow about him when she realized "oh my gosh you're a light..." she said stepping back. Moving closer behind Joshua she clenched her strap tightly from what she knew of lights and darks was they should be kept apart as they could easily kill each other. Backing away she looked down feeling her fingertips tingling with a dark energy in her sudden rise of adrenalin.

He shook his head "No you are right but it is your fault how you respond to irritating people... remember that you always have a choice even when you don't think you do" he said in a rather strange 'wise' sounding tone. Watching him he nodded looking at the building "Alrighty then" he said back to his usual tone "Oh I am Jasper" he introduced with a cheeky smile holding his hand out to the male in front of him "If you see a Silver fox running around it's me" he said almost proudly.

Miles looked at Jasper for a moment, then grinned, for the first time in what was probably days. "And if you hear screams in the middle of the night and see a jaguar rampaging in the halls, there's a high chance it's me," he said as he shook Jasper's hand. He was actually somewhat glad the guy had nodded at him, even if it had been annoyingly cheerful at first, because now he knew one more person at this school, and had someone who understood him partially.

She enjoyed conversation and relating to things her roommate had said, like having trouble controlling powers and such. The warmth hadn't left the room, so Ashley was still feeling good. She set the frosted orb on a pedestal that she had brought with her for decoration purposes.

Yall story time: I work in a coffee shop right, I went to make a giant pot of coffee and it turns off once the pot is filled so I dont have to watch it, I went to the kitchen to bake some cookies, came back and there was crushed coffee grains all over the floor and counters, and hot coffee EVERYWHERE. I started to clean it then spilt hot coffee all over me. Ya'll where I am- It wasnt even 10am yet Its a day lolol))
