DarkClaw looked down and saw a small squirrel, he was pretty hungry, he climbed down the tree stealthily ready to pounce, he did and caught the squirrel, he looked around. no one. The large cat climbed back up the tree and munched on his small snack.

Mapleshadow's eyes narrowed as she watches the tom steal her prey. She pads out of the bushes, head held high and bright green eyes icily glaring at DarkClaw. "I believe that was a DUSKCLAN squirrel," she calls up to him idignantly.

DarkClaw smirked, "obviously not, if its in my stomach.." he told the she-cat, and smirked so she could see, he finished his small snack and looked up at the sky, trying to find the silverpelt.

She curls her lip, eyes narrowing and launches herself into the tree, landing beside him. "Let me tell you something, foxdung," she hisses, "I really HATE jerks."(not the word i wanted to use, but i dont think cats know the word 'ass'. XD)

DarkClaw smirked "my dear, but I am simply being honest, your the one calling me names and threatening.." he explained and grinned "Now why don't you relax and have some?" as he pulled a squirrel he caught earlier into view, "I wasn't hungry earlier.." he added

Mapleshadow snorts, eyeing the squirrel. Amusement glitters in her eyes, replacing annoyance. "And you didn't just eat this one because...?"

DarkClaw chuckled "He wasn't as plump as the one I i just ate ," he replied as he slid the squirrel right in front of the pretty she-cat. "So what is your name?" he asked with a slight smile

"Mapleshadow. Deputy of Duskclan," she replies, smiling a little. "And yourself?" She takes a bite of the squirrel.

Darkclaw chuckled "I am DarkClaw, warrior of StarClan.." he told her, wondering what may happen, he took a small nibble from the squirrel

Mapleshadow just takes another bite, sharing the squirrel with him. I am not doing this... this is not happening... he's from another CLAN!... you saw what happened with Manestar and Miststar... and I like MANESTAR... not this cat who I've only just met!... she thinks as they finish the squirrel.
