They are overpaying by a lot, just 2 of the 2009 rares take care of the store pets and then one 2009 rare would be overpay for the rest so it's major overpay

those items are newer on your side and theirs are older than yours so I would say its probably some overpay on their side but it's mainly fair. The items on both sides don't have any random huge demand
I would take the trade because it's pretty much overpay on their side
