The UR Peas haven't been placed on the list yet, so it's up to you how you value it.
They typically go for 1-2 Sorbets, and the Purple Toxic is worth 1.5 Sorbets + Red-X PPS.
This seems pretty fair to me. ^^

Rarity wise they're overpaying. Just their 2010 uncommon dog would have been fine for your staff pet. Demand is really up to you how you value it. c:
