Your bun is worth 6-7 '09 rares + a '09 uncommon, so the second trade is severely unfair.
In the second trade, they need to basically add the whole worth of your pet as their side is only worth a '15 rare.

It's unfair to the bunny in both trades; there needs to be older pets.

The first trade is actually overpay. The bunny is only worth 80 C$, and the other side is offering 150 C$.

I would say unfair to the person with all the pets on one side because there are some very old, rare, and high demand pets on that side, and quite a few to say the least. I would get a second opinion on this trade tho.
