(Well, in that case I'll create a second character. I was probably gonna anyways, but now I have more reason.)

Brief Description:
Devlin is approximately six feet tall with a thin, yet strong, build. He has strong, angular facial features and a well-defined jaw. His hair is very dark in colour and is generally kept short, all though it does tend to get longer if he goes too long without cutting it. His eyes are a dark green colour and tend to be friendly and open. Normally, Devlin wears light, loose clothing and is almost always wearing a white button-up shirt with sleeves rolled up partially.
History:
Devlin was born and raised around ships in Ireland with his father being a carpenter who was often hired to repair or build ships. He and his family lived in and around various ports, moving where work was good. Devlin was the youngest of three surviving children, with an older brother who went to work in the British navy and a sister who married into a middle class family. Eventually Devlin started working, doing odd jobs for people around the docks.
At age 14 Devlin left his family and moved from country to country, working on a large number of different ships. He'd travel one way, getting off at the first port and taking the next ship that would let him aboard. A number of these were pirate ships, but it wasn't until age 16 that Devlin stayed on a ship for longer than normal. It was there that he started learning more about weapons and how to use them, especially guns. He lasted several months on that ship, learning everything he could about weapons before leaving.
From there he started moving from ship to ship again, this time staying in the ports longer. He would go to pubs and listen to what people were saying, getting information on different weapons dealers. Devlin spent his time carefully saving up money and trading for items of value until he'd gotten himself his own rifle. Not long after turning 17, he joined a new pirate crew and chose to stay on with them.
Personality:
Devlin is not the most loyal person, holding the belief that anything can be replaced. This is the reason he chose not to stay on ships for long before joining Bently's crew. While Devlin doesn't feel as much loyalty as most of his crewmates, he still feels a certain level of respect for his captain and enjoys working on the ship more so than on others.
Years at sea and working around ports has taught Devlin not to trust easily, and he doesn't. It often seems like Devlin trusts everyone, with his friendly and carefree attitude and outward cheerful attitude. While it's true that Devlin is rather carefree, he does know how to watch his back and doesn't mind the excuse to show off his marksmanship skills.

Brief Description: Slim build, strawberry blond, short cropped hair. Brown eyes. Roughly 5'6, 110 pounds. Clothing seems to fall off his frame, he has to always wear a belt. He has naturally pale skin, even when in the sun for long periods of time. From England so he has an English accent. Would not be considered "good lookin'" or 'eye catching'. Most people's eyes pass over him.
History: His father was a lowly merchant. Ryan helped with the book keeping but was forced to run the store more often. He didn't enjoy being around the costumers, as he is not a people person. His father soon couldn't stand seeing him, so he sent him off with one of the ships he gets his goods from. He was then transferred from ship to ship and went through every job, but no one wanted him. Finally at one stop the ship made, he was sent out to retrieve something from the tiny village and when he rowed back out to the ship, it was gone. He still has no idea how he landed himself on a pirate ship.
Personality: Ryan has the tendency to be quiet and nervous in situations he's not familiar with. He's great with books and lives his adventures through the fictional ones he reads. He is not a leader, far from it. He can handle orders, as long as they're in his realm of knowledge. He never gets angry except at himself. He has confidence and self esteem issues.
Strengths- Reading, maps, hypothetically solving problems - He's really good at solving the mysteries in his books as the adventurers come across them, but in real life circumstances he practically has a pressure melt down.
Weaknesses- Living his own life, leading, sailing, people.
Likes- Books, the ground, being left alone but not ignored.
Dislikes- Disappointing people, being made fun of, being ignored, rain, bright sun, rolling seas.
Fears- Disappointing everyone. Never finding the 'one place' that's right for him. Dying.
