Im being offered the UR pineapple for these

I know that the Pineapple is worth 2 sorbets.
Im mostly wondering if this would be worth taking, and if the pineapple would be easier to trade? How is the demand on the pineapple as well? does it consistently go for 2 sorbets, or does it usually get less?
I only want to know about this trade in terms of demand please. And yes, I know demand is user based, please don't reply with this as it really isn't helpful to me.

So.
The Pineapple, like you said, is worth 2 Sorbets + a UR Apple. For the first trade, your side is a Sorbet + a UR Butterbun. Knowing that the UR Butterbun is below the Sorbet on the list, you can tell that your side is under 2 Sorbets. That makes it underpay as your side would be worth 1 Sorbet + a Butterbun (Red Toxic + Rose PPS), whereas their side would be worth 2 Sorbets + a UR Apple (Skeleton PPS + Scarf PPS). Rarity-wise, the first trade is underpay on your side. Demand-wise, however, it might not be. It all depends on how much you value the Pineapple, and what price you're willing to pay for it, since fruits are typically hard to trade off (besides the UR Peach). I know that you specifically said not to reply with "demand is user-based", and I know you already know that, but that's really all this comes down to. I guess the thing to do would be to consider this; once you have the Pineapple, what price would you value it at? How little a price would you be willing to trade it for? Would you accept underpay or push for a fair price? I'm sure this is possibly one of the most annoying things to hear when asking for a trade, but it really just comes down to how you value it. There's no specific amount that the Pineapple can get (eg. "It gets exactly 1.5 Sorbets", or something), so it just comes down to if you're willing to pay that much. It's hard to say whether it can consistently get 2 Sorbets or not, it just depends on what you plan to ask for it when you try to trade it.

The second trade, rarity-wise, is completely fair (besides the fact that your Sorbet is a re-release from 2009 and closer to its original release date than the Grapes). DEMAND-WISE, however, I would definitely not accept. The grapes honestly have horrible demand, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that they are nearly impossible to trade off. I don't think the second trade is even worth consideration. I'd recommend you get a second opinion on the first trade (Sorbet + UR Butterbun = Pineapple), but I wouldn't even bother with the second trade (Sorbet = Grapes).

unfair to you. Rarity wise, the gap between the banana and UR cat are 1.5 sorbets. Going by demand, the banana usually goes for a non, so their side is worth little more than 1.5 nons, while the UR cat is worth 2 nons + two sorbets.
