why is it their favourite treat?: Salem loves these with all her heart. As a child, her parents one bought her one from a icecream man at the market. She remembers the first time she tasted the salty icecream, tasting almost like someone just mixed the creamy peanut butter with milk and froze it. She loved the smooth chocolate taste, how the chocolate easily cracked in a satisfying way. Her parents were carpenters, not the richest viscets in the world, so these were a rare treat. Finally, Salem's parents learned how to make them with her. They weren't perfect, the chocolate never a smooth, the icecream never as peanutty, but so Salem, they were better than anything she could buy in a store, because they were made with love.
