Josh looked at her. "I don't think you are any of those things. But that's what I like about you. You are completely different from all of the other girls here. I don't care that you aren't any of those things. I like you." He said, flat out being honest. He blinked a few times, waiting for her response.

Sam looked at him. She scanned his face for anything.. A lie.. Anything. But he was being honest.. "you don't even know me. You know my name and my face that's about it" she said softly as she walked toward him sadly

Josh sighed and looked at the ground. "I know. I should probably get to know you more first." He said sitting down in the chair in the room, and putting his head in his hands.

Josh sighed. "Yeah I know." He said looking at the floor again. He didn't want her to feel like he was going to use her, but he couldn't control that. He should have just left all of the other girls alone.

Josh stood ubruptly. He walked out of the room, and out the front door. He felt bad for just walking out on Sam like that, but he was so tired of everyone thinking of him as a player. He walked down the street, aimlessly, not really headed to a specific place.

Her eyes widen and fill with tears.. She ran out of the room and the house she just wanted to go home.. Away from everyone like she originally planned. Problem was she lived 2 houses down from Josh..and she could see him

Josh walked for a while, and by the time he stopped, the sun was setting. He looked down at his phone when it vibrated. He didn't care, but he read the message. It read:
Dude come back. He didn't mean it.

Josh knew exactly who he was talking about. He was talking about the guy that had called them out. Josh shoved his phone back in his pocket, and sat down on a bench at the local park. He wished he could just start over. He didn't want to be a player. That's not what he wanted to be known as.
