not sure if this goes here, but does rarity change by itself based on number and fluctuation or does it get changed manually by a staff member?

A staff member (as far as I know Nick) has to give the order by hand.
The system then counts the number of active accounts and the armount of outcomes to generate the rarities.
When people leave and come back after a while it can effect the rarities, or when people leave.
And ofcourse new accounts
