"But you could get the knots out when you wash it either in your bath. You could run your fingers through it and shampoo and condition it." He said quietly

"That sounds a bit better." she said, glancing up to Jason. She hadn't really thought of that before, so she was glad that he suggested it. Alessa held Scarlett gently as she was calming down.

Jason was finished. He cleaned everything up before turning to her,"Are you okay? I know it hurt a bit.. " He looked at her.

[Boomer]

"I'm okay." she answered, nodding a little. Alessa got up and stretched, then turned to him. "May I take a bath?" she asked, "I feel all of these little prickly hairs on me."

"Of course Alessa, you never need to ask!" He said. He then began doing the dishes he had left. Then he turned the tap off and dried them. He put them away in the right cupboards and began tidying everything up

Alessa silently walked upstairs and went into her room. She grabbed some clean clothes before going into the bathroom. She drew herself a warm bath, but not before looking at her reflection. She looked and felt better about herself.

Jason texted his sister again for a few minutes. Then he went back to cleaning. After a while, he went upstairs and got dressed

Alessa cleaned up and got out of the bath about a half hour later. She changed into her clean clothes, then went downstairs with Scarlett. She wandered around the house until she found Jason.

Jason was in the hall on his phone at the bottom of the stairs. "Do you want to go out and get some more things for you to do art with?" He asked gently

Alessa stopped as she thought about his offer. "Oh, well..." she said quietly, "I have enough supplies for now. I have everything I need." The pup thought she would be selfish to ask for things when she already had perfectly good pencils and sketchbook.
