Also you may want to head to bed when other apprentices do. Don’t worry. I’ll make sure you get a good mentor. Also nobody eats before the elders and queens. They must be fed first. The elders are nice and often tell interesting stories. The queens don’t mind visitors either, just don’t visit too long since they need to rest and look after the kits.” She explained. Smokestar hoped Darkheart and Darkheart were doing okay on patrol. Soon the camp was visible within the woods. The scent of her fellow clan cats was hard to miss. She walked up to the entrance and waited for Rollo. “It’s okay. You can go on in. I’m right behind you.” She meowed.

I was fine in the Dark Forest so why did I trip and hurt myself? I shouldn’t be tired from training. I didn’t do anything to tire myself out. Rose thought.

Smokestar was right behind Rollo. “It’s okay to be a bit nervous. This is your new home after all.” She meowed. She looked at the tom and smiled before jumping up on the high rock. “Let all cats old enough to catch their own pray gather around the high rock for a clan meeting!” She called. She knew the sooner she introduced Rollo to the clan the better. She waited for the cats to gather. She didn’t expect the medicine cats or wounded cats to come so she made her voice loud enough for them to hear her. “I have someone who wishes to join our clan.” She looked at Rollo. “His name is Rollo and from this day forth he shall be a Hollowclan apprentice. “Who would like to mentor this tom?” She let the clan think as she waited for any response.
