So... Lilly's leg and hip (just one hip the other is fine) Is getting worse.

She's going back to the vet for some xrays to find out what's going on in the next couple of days.
My mother is swearing that she's got a cut between her paw pads, but that wouldn't cause her to try to bite my when I move her entire leg.

but it can...my girl had a tick there that i did not see with the fur even when i looked everywhere, we oly found her when my father cut of all the fur at this paw... and she did even show some teeth when i did touch her paws...sure she did say asap that she was sorry and licked my hand.....but when something hurts then you too will not be so happy when it is pulled tight when someoe take up your leg and you have a cut at your feet^^


but it could be her back that hurt....did a chiro have a look at her? maybe a good massage and stretching and such helps when x-ray oes not show anything wrong

what did happen, they did sound as if they got bether? poor boy...hope he is soon on the bether way and no stomach hurt
do you want to do x-ray or ultrasound to see what it is?

She’s a GSD mix, so I’m worried hip dysphasia is playing a key factor here. That and when she was younger, she was literally dumped in the field next door for an undetermined amount of time. We don’t know her past or her parents health issues.

I want her to get checked for that because she’s been limping for weeks now, even before the recent vet visit. My mom yelled at me to not bring up lilly’s Leg when we went last time because Gizmo was supposed to be getting X-rays, but that fell through and no one got X-rays done.

how does she sit and walk, is there a strange thing in the look of it? that is often the first sign bevor they limp.
and does it get bether when she is warm...like when you put on a dog coat when it gets cold, and when you let her sleep under a blanket. i did see this with my girl. and she was tested with it when we did the needed x-ray for next level breeding show.

good that you do want to do x-ray. that will give you the answer and when not maybe let them touch her back too, hope it is nothing like this, but just something pulled or light hurt!!

Walking she holds up that back leg. It doesn’t touch the ground if she can help it. Sitting, she sits kind of like a person? Back on her tail showing her belly, that or flopped down on her good hip. It doesn’t really get better based on cold or warm that I’ve noticed.

I’m hoping she’s just pulled something and not showing it. Her leg isn’t swollen or anything, she’s just not letting anyone really touch her leg bending it either way. I kind of hurt her last night getting her on the bed. I’d hate to have to kennel her at night, not that she has a problem with it, I’ve just gotten so used to her sleeping on my bed with me.

Sound a litle like hd...but the no touch.and Holding up the leg.could be something hurt in it..maybe when she jumped from something or did turn to fast after a toy...
do all claws lok like they should..all the same length?

maybe get stairs or the thing for cars where she just can walk up to the bed and down without jumping. then she can stay with you on the bed and does not jump anymore, also no fast turns after a toy...or put a nice big orthopedic dog bed in front of your bed so she is near you and not in a crate! ^^

all will work out and maybe it was nothing big and really only scatch on paw

Deacon, My dog heels slightly behind me, And I'm slowly learning to hate it, How can I fix it, I've tried going back to step one and luring him to a close heel where is shoulder is in line with my leg but its like hammered into his brain to heel with his head to my leg.

And with his back up. He'll do 4-6 steps backwards and then move his back end behind me, He has a command block and he thinks he needs to go into a block midway into his backup? And i need help fixing it
