This litter is kinda based on this drawing I made in 2016, which is based on what I imagined Night Vale to look like, so yes they are loosely inspired by WTNV. I tried to make sure the scenes I drew this time were different but still had the same vibe, I even went through multiple versions and colour palettes for each one and had to use the 3 tail lines for extra canvas space. I am really glad to see that the litter is well liked

These pets are my favorites this month and I like them more than I like the pets we got in the event. Don't get me wrong, the event had loads of awesome pets. But these dogs are so well done and so detailed! I absolutely love the colors and scenes on these dogs. <3
Gotta say, I have no clue what Welcome to Night Vale is. But, based on this litter of dogs, I'm gonna check it out.

I felt like the 3 tail lines were a perfect fit for this litter if it was indeed WTNV-inspired. They're still classic, familiar, mostly unedited lines but with just something a little different--very Night Vale! Thank you for this gorgeous litter. ♥

OH MY WORD!!!! I jumped on here to see what I missed for the month of July and when I saw these dogs in the archive I thought "Is that Night Vale???" I freaked out!!! I LOVE Night Vale and such a fantastic job, I immediately knew what it was....now I have to go and collect all the ones I am missing and start a hoard....by the way, I am a librarian......don't take your coffee mugs into the library....I will chase you down.

These doggos remind me strongly of the game "Night in the Woods" (specifically the dream sequences).
Originally I was pretty neutral with the designs, but when I really looked closely at the detail and story behind them, I began quickly spiraling into my obsession with these pets XD
