Both Trade 01 and Trade 02 are actually fair for the Tier 7 Advent, rarity wise. I do not believe this particular advent has high demand (although I could be wrong).

Trade 01:

Pale Pink/Blue-Spotted Dog = Tier 7 Advent = 7-8 2009 Rares

Top Side = 8 2009 Rares

Trade 02:

Pale Pink/Blue-Spotted Dog = Tier 7 Advent = 7-8 2009 Rares

Top Side = 8 2009 Rares + 1 2011 Rare + 1 2014 Rare

Trade 03:

Corgis = 2013 Store Pet = Early 2009 Rare each

Zodiac Dogs = January 2010 = 2010 Rare each --> with demand can go for a 2009 Rare each

I believe this is unfair to the Zodiac dog side. However, I am not 100% sure on the demand of the Corgi's and would get an opinion factoring that in.
