I could see the black or white one having a split since they’re both pretty common

My current numbers are

x 5
x 7

And two eggs at 2+ days that could still turn into either of the last two, so my numbers are actually pretty even.
That said, I don't consider 30 a large enough sample size to claim it's not just me getting lucky, haha.
Splits in token litters have happened plenty of times before, so I'd always be wary, but I do think 4-5 is a plausible number of outcomes, so I would expect one split at most.

I had faith in this event despite the heavy criticism from the start. I was sure the plot would pick up, as of course it always starts slow, and that token type trade-ins would even out. Instead:
- The plot came to a screeching halt after the construction site was revealed. Seriously... why on Earth has it not advanced at all the past teo days this late in the event? At this point, the pacing is going to be horrendous or the plot is going to be extremely simple.
- There have only been more and more resort chip trade-ins leaving the value of other tokens in the dust. All previous event that I can think of established that banner tokens should have roughly equal worths, and to suddenly switch from that without a word is more than a little frustrating. There has been an expectation established that each banner click will get you something of worth, and if it’s not the type you need you can just swap 1:1 with someone. Now we have one type of token that you literally need more than twice the number of any other type - why hasn’t the community been consulted or communicated with at all about this huge change in how banner tokens work?
- We keep getting more and more bird-themed pets - which are WONDERFUL! CS artists, you have completely rocked this event. I keep just staring at all the jungle pets together in amazement at how gorgeous they are and how well they create the theme and atmosphere of the event. I just really want more non-birds! Totally not the fault of the artists, but it should have been better-coordinated to get a more balanced group of pets.
- There have now been two days that only one 3-4 outcome litter and a couple items were released... I can’t tell if I’m mis-remembering, but it seems to me that releasing that little was very rare previous events? Seems like there was always some new plot or mechanic revealed when content was slow previously - but there was literally 0 story advancement both thise days.

Again, I don’t want to bring in negativity and I love the art and concepts so much. The forest spirits and animals defending their home against the construction is a wonderful premise. The construction site text is adorable and so funny and imo it really helped to create a feeling of the community participating together in the story to have it start in the middle of the event. The pets, items, and locations: again, beautiful. But what happened to the balancing and story development?

The water colours are so gorgeous. owo It's a shame the lines are solid black, if they were coloured to better fit the parrots colouration, it's look so much better.
