First of all, I need to know the exact payment. Send a trade, perhaps? You can send a suggestion if you're uncomfortable with sending me an outright trade before I accept the form. :3
Second of all, I have not yet learned how to make sound go with animation. In other words I can't make a video, sorry. : /
I'd also like to point out that I'm a very very inexperienced beginner in animating, and I fear your over-paying will be for some crappy animation. >_>
Oh, and another thing. If I did accept this, it would probably take months for me to finish it. Do you even realize how many frames this would take? And how long it takes to make each frame?

And, in case you say "but you have complex animation on you examples!" by that I mean a run cycle. Such as this only colored as your character, and actually drawn by me...
