2018 Summer Event: Casual Chat v2

honestly im not even mad about the difficulty of collecting tokens or trying to get all the pets,
im just a little upset that this event doesnt have much plot like others have said or at leasst something thats a little exciting and draws me in

the construction thing is cute with the little messages that pop up but it just needs something more..
also not many pets have me excited this event unlike other ones, i think its because during events its a chance for the creativity in designing to show and since its a jungle its tough to do that since its all real life animals

my fav pets so far have been the ancient ruin ones and i like the other cute ones like the pps lemur, so im hoping for more pets like those

tbh same!! i really enjoyed the creativity of the plot line last year and the innovative pet designs!! i didn’t see as much of that this year which is really quite a pity, hppefully next year’s event will be better
and resort tokens seem to hate me, lmao. has anyone actually found it easier to collect the resort tokens than the other types?

I don't even really bother trying to get all the outcomes in summer events. It's just far too much work and stress (for me) to spend on a little event. I mostly just pay attention to the story, and this time it's been pretty lacking in that aspect. I understand that this is a lot of work to pull off and that we get this stuff for free, but this was definitely not my favorite event. Not that I didn't enjoy it, I just haven't been enjoying it as much as the other summer events I've been around for.

he grew up on day five (today), though I adopted him late so he just now registered as five days old lol :>

Maybe that construction area will turn into an hourly pet giver, like the kelp beds last year?

Correction: Hourly maybe pet giver. It was a nightmare trying to get all those kelp dogs and that ship butterfly wolf without spending all my tokens on high demand pets so I could trade for them.

I've had such good luck this evening, compared to usual, I didn't do anything I was supposed to get done and now will have to work/study ALL day tomorrow.... I guess you win some loose some. Either way, I'm finally convincing myself to go to bed so you guys can have some of my luck.
