bronwyn julian - blade agent - cisfemale - the forest - tags; d'arc - feeling; cautious, confident
bronwyn scanned the area one more time before she saw a brighter color, red. she assumed it was the vehicle they were taking but took no chances, standing her ground. heard a louder static and an unfamiliar voice. they spoke fast as if they were nervous or anxious, and she couldn't blame him. werewolves could've been anywhere at that point but she was reassured with a silver knife sheathed and silver-plated bullets in every gun she had along with ammo. she listened to the man and guessed he could see her from his vantage point so instead of speaking at all, she nodded. he was desperate to leave as far as she could tell so she made haste and nearly ran the whole way. she saw the other agent closer to the vehicle but didn't slow her pace, only stood next to the car once she made it. her breathing was still even despite having ran roughly a 3/4 of a mile.
she stood straight as she nodded at the agent in a greeting form. he was certainly fit to be an agent with his tall, slightly muscular build, and looked to be just around the same age as her. then she began to speak. "i'm reinforcement agent bronwyn julian, but you were likely told that already.." she trailed off as she saw his hands, covered in splinters and cuts. she paused and gestured to them, putting her gun down for a second. "are you.. alright? do you need me to treat your hands?" she asked hesitantly. she felt like he would say no but asking wouldn't hurt her. besides, it was her job to be the help of the team now. treat casualties, eliminate werewolves when need be, and so on. she was additionally concerned about how effectively he would drive if it hurt him.
