I just clicked banner and got this message:
That release could not be found, please go back and try again.

After timer was set as I got banner item!! What is going on???? Where is my item from the banner???

After a certain period of time, a banner no longer works. Most likely you waited a bit too long to click the banner. It is done to prevent cheating.
