Even if she is Lost, may I still have the fact that since she was already half dead Oshin only got one of her emotions and partial control of an element?

(It's alright that the person was haf dead, and the only reasonable explaination about Oshin only having three emotions could be that she shared one that was in common with the other, therefore not gaining another. It works out like that. And her elemental control doesn't have to be partcial. As a Phantom, Oshin has more power. She could be in the learning stage of using time, so it's fine to leave that part as in if you wish
