OOC: YAY! What is she supposed to tell who again? XD I forgot :3
BIC: "Not very confident in life, are you?" Hecate asked, raising her eyebrows. His cynical mood could grow sort of tiring, but at least it was distracting her from using her powers. She was afraid that she was using them too much and going against everything that she believed in. "I wonder why they put enemies in the same dorms, though."
Hugging him back, Lia curtsied to Zarek when he said good luck, then scoffed. She had been about to hit him, but she had seen the duck. "What about you, Mister? I can't wait to hear you sing." With a final smirk, she stepped up onto the stage and chose her song. It was a duet between a guy and a girl, but she could sing both parts. She had nearly forgotten about the song, actually. All this talk about peace and war had reminded her of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEIvlihb2Ms "The burning desire to live and roam free," she began, sounding decent compared to how she normally sang. Maybe pressure made her better. "It shines in the dark and it grows within me. You're holding my hand, but you don't understand, to where I am going, you won't be in the end. I'm dreaming in colors, of getting the chance, I'm dreaming of trying the perfect romance." At the perfect romance, she accidentally glanced towards Zarek, completely without meaning it. Woops. Quickly catching herself, she looked back towards the crowd again. "The search of the door to open your mind, in search of the cure of mankind." This was actually really close to her power and how she always was trying to help people, no matter what. The song was more like her than even she realized. "Help us we're drowning, so close up inside... Why does it rain, rain, rain down on utopia? Why does it hurt to kill the ideal of who we are? Why does it rain, rain, rain down on utopia? When the lights die down, telling us who we are. I'm searching for answers not given for free, they're hidden inside as they lie within me." Again, her power seemed to show through with this. "You're holding my hand but you don't understand, taking the road all alone in the end. I'm in dreaming in colors, no boundaries are there, I'm dreaming the dream we all seem to share. In search of the door to open your mind, in search of the cure of mankind. Help us we're drowning, so close up inside. Why does it rain, rain, rain down on utopia? Why does it hurt to kill the ideal of who we are? Why does it rain, rain, rain down on utopia? When the lights die down telling us who we are... Why does it rain, rain, rain down on utopia? Why does it hurt to kill the ideal of who we are? Oh, why does it rain, rain, rain down on utopia? Now when the lights die down, telling us who we are. Why does it rain?" The whole song was very much aimed towards Hector Academia and herself. People here thought that they were perfect, and they didn't want to destroy that idea of themselves. It hurt too much. And so many, many people were drowning here, whether by others or by themselves. The song was beautiful, and she sang it decently, but she hoped that the message was what people would focus on more. Smiling, she threw the microphone and walked back down the stairs, off of the stage.
