Nigel
Birth Alias: Reaper’s Eclipse
Age: 3.5 years
(Former) Herd: Jotunheim
Rank: Band Earl
Sire: Phantom (Midnight Mirage)
Dam: Perla (Ocean’s Gem)
History/Personality:He's a peculiar case for a band Earl, but Nigel didn’t start like that. He was born to the Jotunheim herd to Phantom and an elder mare. Perla, his mother, sadly passed of old age during Nigel’s first winter. With his mother gone, Nigel grew dependent and attached to his father over the next couple of years. Make no mistake, Nigel spent many days racing and jumping in the fields of Jotunheim, building his strength and skills. He knew he’d eventually have to leave.
As of his third year of life, Nigel “left” the herd. But he still roamed the lands of Jotunheim, as if he were a shadow to Phantom’s herd. He takes care to keep his distance from his father’s mares, and he has no intention of covering them. On the contrary, he sees himself as a second caretaker to the Jotunheim herd.
When necessary, Nigel will come to a maiden or valkyrie’s defense. Any intruders must beware of Jotunheim’s second pair of eyes. Nigel sees that his old herd are safe and sound. He does still love them, after all.[/center]

Scar
Birth Alias: Warbringer
Age: 25 years
(Former) Herd: Jotunheim
Rank: Band Earl, (Formerly) King
Sire: Krev (Bloodshed)
Dam: Sabel (Sword’s Strike)
History/Personality:A former, rather tyrannical and power-obsessed overlord of the Jotunheim land. For at least a decade, Scar was able to keep his rank as king. Many challenged him, and many ended up bleeding at his feet. Being the veteran he was, Scar laughed at the sight of a young Earl, by the name of Phantom, challenging for the throne. This was a brave stallion to challenge the high and mighty king, but nonetheless he was foolish.
So Scar and this reckless Earl fought. In the end, it was Scar that was the foolish one. He had overestimated himself in this fight, and years of victory had worked against him. Phantom struck a near-killing blow, and cast Scar from his herd.
Scar was, obviously, enraged at the loss of his throne and mares. His titles, his herd, his rank, had been lost to that Earl. Scar wanted it back. But he’d learned his lesson.
He’d wait until it was his time.

History/Personality:
The lone valkyrie Frigid Shores did not know what came upon her when an unnamed, unseen stallion came to cover her in the midst of the night. Several months later, she had a foal with a pelt of complete blackness and hair of pearly whiteness. The foal had an unnerving appearance and aura to her. Nevertheless, it was Frigid’s foal.
Frigid did her best to care for the foal, who was given the name Nochi Mura (Meaning Nightmare) for her black pelt. Nochi Mura grew to be a beautiful, though gallant filly. She spent her first weeks of life hiding from the stallions with ill intentions towards her. Her mother was a prize to be claimed, and Nochi Mura was expendable in that quest. Frigid did her best to protect and guard the filly, and raise her in safety. But fate had other plans for Nochi Mura.
The storm that ravaged Valhalla not too long ago took with it the life of Frigid Shores, and left the young Nochi Mura at the mercy of nature. For the first time in her life, the young filly is defenseless, and alone...
