hawks is, in fact, the standard portrait of an entitled millennial. while he does
not necessarily believe he deserves more than other people, he certainly would
prefer to work a lot less than most other heroes do. even so, he does take the
work he is presented with seriously, but pays no mind to any awards or reputation
points he might receive in the process. his carefree attitude reflects in his
enjoyment of simple pleasures like food and free time, but similarly, the
abilities that got him to no.2 in the hero rankings are just as obvious when it
comes to the line of work that he has committed himself to.

appearance. He has slanted, wide brown eyes and wild, spiky dark brown hair that runs down to his nape and juts in every direction. His bangs, which reach down to his cheeks, are blond. The rest of his hair which is also unkempt, as well as the tress on the right side of his face that goes past his face are dark in color. His sideburns can be seen on the left side of his face and he sports a round, stud earring on his right ear.
hero costume. appearance: Ichirō sports a Changshan, a traditional Chinese dress which consist of a long, loose front-slit white jacket with Mandarin collar and gold hemlines. The jacket also has six rows of gold Chinese frog closures starting at the collarbone and down the front. He also wears white pants and shoes

personality. A trouble-maker, if someone described him in one word. He is always gleeful and loves giving people names. He is often seen to torment his twin brother, Denki, and doesn't seem to take his things seriously. He is pretty casual in some situations — unless the situation is pretty serious. He is shown to be pretty calm despite how dangerous situations can get. He dislikes formalities and considers them a pain. Nevertheless, he is always confident and a competitive person, devoting himself to become the hero everyone wishes for. He is pretty intelligent and calm. Unlike his brother, He is found to have least interest in 'love'.

quirk. light manipulation: Ichirō's quirk is pretty flashy in a different way, light manipulation. He can manipulate the light's brightness, turn off lights with his quirk, and the one he managed to master, the speed of light, meaning he can run as fast as the light, so it's impossible to hurt him, unless the opponent has the right eyes and mind to catch him during his run. He can do other things like for producing light etc. If he wants to increase the power of his quirk, he has to eat lots of nutrients, mostly iron and protein and of course, exercise regularly. He created tricks like confusing the opponent, sudden speed attacks and so on.

quirk limits. Of course, he does have a limit of his quirk. He can lose alot of energy, depending on how bright or how much longer he used his quirk. Crossing his limits results to fatigue and short breathing, that goes on for few days. Crossing his upper limits resulting severe deficiency of Iron, leading him to get hospitalized.
