The yellow egg bracelet is from Easter 2018

Same for me. I got so excited when I finally got a fruit and was able to get my first pet out of the coati/tenrec batch.

It's a meme/tradition of sorts- back in the Egypt event there were a lot of questions regarding the plot and some locked rooms, so someone began the meme of sacrificing the mods to the queen's chamber for answers and more pets. The tradition has continued every summer event since.

i wasn’t very active on the summer event 2017 chat event in the middle and later parts of the event, but basically what happened is that the sacrifice jokes got too out of hand and it was making the mod(s) uncomfortable. that’s all i know of it, anyhow. the chat thread was temporarily locked because of it.

Yeah same- I was around since the beginning of the meme, and despite skipping a few years i can kind of get why some may find it tiring- it's always been really fun for me, its kind of a funny tradition of sorts, but I don't want to ruin the event for others.... we should probably have a casual event thread and a silly event thread

last year there were just username changes, edited pics, forum games, etc. so idk ?? idk what happened outside of the sacrifices, seeing as i was head sacrificer

OK this adorable little guy is the coolest pet I think CS has released since 2008. I love this dude!

Wow! I haven't seen that pet before on my rounds through the jungle resort but it's so cool!
