OakClan is located in a forest, and they have a pond nearby.
This Clan is known for being trusting. However, if you give them a reason not to trust you, they will act fiercely. They could possibly kill.
Overall, they are known for being a double-bladed Clan.

the marshland, for cats, serves as a dangerous territory. floods are common, which may drown kits and inexperienced swimmers, and predators
lurk just under the surface of the water. in reaction to the threats, kittypets, loners, and rogues began to form together in a group known
simply as a council. the cats themselves do not identify as a tribe, nor as a clan, though the group serves similar purposes. many of the cats
are not born wild, but come from homes or city streets because they feel called by the spirits.
the council does not believe in distant ancestors who live in the sky, but believe that deceased members walk among them as protective spirits.
the council believe that their passed friends and family members have their spirits join as a part of the territory after leaving their bodies. when
the head seeks a new members, they walk to a small island toward the edge of the territory known as the walk of spirits. when they reach the
island, the leader may ask the spirits to send them a new member.

the leader of the council is known as the head and their second is made head when the head dies. the head is not given nine lives such as
the leaders of clans. the second is not assigned the rank by the head, but is voted to be head by the rest of the council. the ceremony of
the second takes place whenever the former second becomes head, or the former second retires. the head may either nominate candidates
to become head, or let the council decide entirely for themselves. the head does not have a vote in the election, nor do trainees (excluding
the shaman's trainee if they are over 12 moons old) and the kits. the second is named when a cat has earned majority vote. if the council cannot
reach a majority, any cats who do not have a decent percentage of votes are taken from the running and the process continues until the a
second has been named.

the ranks in the council determine how much an election vote carries

shaman - 4 votes
shaman trainee (if applicable) - 2 votes
head of calavary - 3 votes
head of guards - 3 votes
calavary (hunters) - 2 votes

veterans (elders) - 1 vote
a cat may not vote for their own mate or direct family members, and nominees may not vote.
the head of hunters and head of guards is decided by the head and elected second. the heads of hunters and guards may be nominated for
second. the head and second may decide to change the head hunter and guard when elected, though it is unusual.

prey for the council comes from the water of the marshland, and climbers have access to the tall trees that canopy overhead the marsh.

next walk of spirits july 18th

splash. fallen snow turned on her heels, suddenly alarmed, when she turned to see a striped head disappear under the surface of the murky water. the pure white molly's pale eyes widened, and she darted forward, used to the way the ground gave under her paws. just as she reached the water's edge and moved to jump in after her friend, leaping fish's head broke the surface. the young tom sputtered and coughed, and fallen snow leaned forward to grab hold of his scruff. "hold on, i've got you," she said just before her jaws closed over the former kittypet's fur. leaping fish churned his paws, looking to catch onto the wet earth, and fallen snow pulled. together, they managed to haul the tabby back onto solid ground, where he lay for a moment, ears pressed back against his head, fur streaming water, and chest heaving to regain breath.
"why you decided that we would come here," leaping fish said after several moments, lashing his tail, "i'll never understand. cats aren't meant to swim to their next meal."
the guard muttered several other complaints, looking up only to catch fallen snow's eye. the molly had taken to grooming her paws, and she tugged at a bit of moss between her pads with her teeth. "actually," she said at last, "it makes plenty of sense. no one else would think to set up camp here. so we're sure to have the marsh to ourselves." her tone remained calculated and precise when she regarded the kittypet, who merely shook his head and pushed himself up to his paws. his sleek silver fur, which he clearly took pride in, appeared to be soaked through with water and streaked with mud.
"i think you just intend us all to drown, snow," leaping fish said after another moment, receiving only a twitch of the leader's ear in response. irritated, he let out a deep sigh. "do we have much further to travel?" he asked.
this time fallen snow rose gracefully to her paws and flicked her tail, beckoning leaping fish to follow. "not much. you fell into one of our camp's outlying defenses. hopefully any enemies we find will be worse swimmer than you."
leaping fish paused, one paw lifted mid-step, and his bright eyes followed the head's movement. when she realized that her head of guards wasn't following, she turned her head to fix him in her gaze. "what is it?" she asked, and leaping fish's muscles tensed under her scrutiny.
"i just - wasn't expecting you to joke like that," leaping fish managed after clearing his throat. a breathy laugh punched from his chest and a droplet of water dripped down from his whisker.
fallen snow began to walk once more when leaping fish caught up, matching their steps. "i wasn't joking," she said as they neared the camp. catching leaping fish's confused gaze out of the corner of her eye, the head flicked her ear dismissively. "our cats will need to be better swimmers. and any one who attacks who can't swim will drown, that's a fact." with that, fallen snow shrugged and ducked through the entrance of tangled branches and vines that made up the camp's wall. leaping fish stared after her until the tip of the head's white tail disappeared into the camp, and he was quick to follow.
the interior of the camp was blanketed in shadow from a thick canopy of interlocking tree branches, and it took a moment for leaping fish's eyes to adjust. across the camp, he made out fallen snow's bright white fur on the other side of the camp, and she was speaking to a lithe tabby.
"hey," a voice spoke up suddenly, surprisingly close to leaping fish, who scrambled back in surprise. blinking his eyes again allowed them to focus, and a face came into sight.
a dark cat stood in front of leaping fish, his bright orange eyes set against his flat face, and his dark fur blended into the shadows. "you must be the kittypet snow told us about," the tom said. before leaping fish had the chance to reply, the cat continued with a broad smile, "i'm lingering night. and that's emerald shine," he said, nodding to the molly fallen snow was speaking to.
when leaping fish caught on to the tom's expectant gaze, he nodded quickly. "i'm leaping fish," he said, and was pleased when lingering night broke in with a pleasant purr.
"well, fish, while they're talking, why don't i show you around, huh?" with a nod, leaping fish allowed himself to be shown around the mostly-empty camp. dens were constructed for each of the ranks, from fallen snow's den, to a cozy nursery, and even his own separate den as the head of guards. when they reached his own den and lingering night paused to allow him to look inside, leaping fish found himself nose to nose with the friendly hunter, who's eyes gleamed curiously in the falling night shadows. "it's curious that the spirits would mark a young kittypet to be head of guards," he commented, and leaping fish felt his pelt grow hot.
of course, leaping fish himself wondered the same. one moment he was living happily with his family, wandering through their garden and drinking metallic water from a bowl. the next, he awoke after a dream of cats calling him to the marsh and telling him to find snow. at the time, he wondered how there could possibly be snow in the marsh, that is, until he encountered the pure white head of the council. now, it was all he could do to shrug under night's gaze, not yet sure of the answer himself. "i don't know," he said honestly. "but i'm going to do my best."
fortunately, that seemed to be all night wanted to hear, and the tom leaned close to speak into leaping fish's ear. "don't mind the others. emerald and snow - they're good folks. snow is stiff and has no sense of humor, but emerald is actually good fun, and an ever better fisher." the member of the cavalry's eyes sparkled when he spoke, and fish didn't have a chance to comment before the other tom waved his tail. "hey, emerald, come meet fish!" when he followed night's gaze, fish found that the mollies must have wrapped up their conversation. emerald shine, the hunter with bright green eyes, didn't hesitate, while fallen snow disappeared into the shadows by her own den until even her pure white pelt left fish's line of sight.
"head of guards, eh?" emerald mused when she approached, and fish offered a tight smile when the older molly studied him. at last, she purred and touched her nose to his own in a friendly gesture. "nice to meet you. leaping fish, right?"
"that's right," night cut in.
emerald, however, merely swatted the other hunter's flat face away with a roll of her eyes and a playful hiss. "i didn't ask you, night," she teased, and fish felt the tension melt away from his muscles. at the very least, he supposed, the pair of hunters seemed harmless. in any case, their antics were amusing and, even further, they were not under his responsibility to look after. that would be reserved for the head of cavalry, whenever the spirits granted them one, or snow decided to nominate a cat.
when emerald turned her eyes to fish, the latter offered a smile. "yeah, fallen snow granted me my name on the way here," he explained, and the hunter let out a soft huff of laughter.
"and how do you find the marsh?" she asked, and lingering night tossed his head back in a laugh of his own when emerald nodded to his paws. "we've all had some trouble adapting to it," she said, flicking night with her tail. "the first time we went hunting, night said that he was scared to swim."
"did not!" night chimed in, eyes wide when he glanced between fish and emerald. "don't listen to her, she's lying. i can swim just fine," he huffed.
