Spring rains year after year had been a common, and most welcome, occurrence for the warren. However, a yearly onset of storms has weath
ered the ground to which they built tunnels. So when the floods came, they evacuated a drowning denning site and were forced to find another home, open to the elements and the many foes that lurked in the woods. They suffered many losses, but eventually found a place to call home. But change is not easy, and they still have a long journey ahead of them to build up their numbers again

warren - this is where the colony presently lives. it is a quiet area underneath a tree and beside a lush flower field

lavender field - similar to a park, this is a safe area for rabbits to play, gather food, and hang out outside the dens

underwood farm - a very dangerous farm with an abundance of delicious vegetables. many rabbits have lost their lives to traps and humans here

the woods - another risky area filled with potential predators. it is a forbidden place for kits and juveniles
