- who is your favourite dog in your kennel and why? -- i have lots of favorites, but as of now, it's hard to pick just one. i haven't been able to develop most of my new members, as adding all of these new dogs from readopts has been hard to write about, lol. but i'm hoping that after things have calmed down with my kennel, i'll be able to write more... a lot more. i've got almost everything developed about their ways and their religion (besides a few celebrations that will take place quite soon), but i have yet to work on any plots? (if i had to pick a favorite, it would be kemuel, my herbalist)
do you read any other kennels besides your own? -- i do! sometimes, when i have the time/chance, i'll read the salvation, the imperium of ira vehemnti, and always the fangs of kironir. wall street wolves i'll read, and mount olympus calling as well. but, i do peek at almost everyone's writing here and there! i have no favorites, i love all of you <33
what is one thing that every dog in your kennel must have? -- i believe that the garden of idyn relies mostly on religion, meaning that faith and spirituality are some of their main focuses. but, other than that, being extremely loyal toward your higher-ups is always another one, something i'm sure every other kennel relies on as well. for the future, i feel like i might integrate something into their society, and i was thinking it would almost be like a way that they all act toward each other or in public? i feel like it would be a social norm to act very proper and in this way that, if seen otherwise, it is almost very strange? also, my kennel lives in these little buildings that used to be garden sheds or guest houses within the garden, and they call these places domums (house in latin). i feel like in the future (with the second generation of young), there will be mating/marriage ceremonies, and then the newly appointed couple will move into a domum for themselves, where they will live and raise their young. then, when those young become of age, they will marry and take over their parent's domum? i feel like that would be really interesting, and it may even spark some conflict in the future with dogs who don't agree with that structure...
