For some reason this really reminds me of the whole thing about the lights above the Arby's from WTNV.

This had me digging around for UFO pictures. But I instead stumbled upon something called "Welcome to Night Vale", an ongoing series that centers around a fictional place where all conspiracy theories are true. Seems to be a successful concept from the site description and some fanart I found so far.

The site had the "purple eye" which was similar to the purple pup with the hieroglyphs that had rows of eyes. Also the eye had the half moon symbol which all the pups had. There might be more connections that others who know of the series can point out (even down to what episode or event). If its true, its a good sign as the series seems to focus on paranormal and extra terestrials. Lets see how good these pups will be.
