2. Unfair to them as your side = 3.5 09 rares and theirs = 6-7 + an 09 uc

Very unfair to you! Your pet is an '09 rare, theres is 7 years younger. Im not sure of the exact amount in which they need to add to make it fair, so get a second opinion. I could only imagine that they need to add the whole worth of your side to make it fair.

Very unfair to you, their side barely scratches the surface of what the rat is worth. I have always been pretty successful at trading the rat off rather fairly, so I personally wouldnt accept. Your side is worth 8 mid advents.
