Kale has a favorite dish that others may not like; seaweed wrapped tofu cubes stuffed with raw crab, ginger, avocado, and wasabi. He enjoys how well the strong, spicy taste of the wasabi mixes so nicely with the smooth and flavorless tofu. Kale finds it to be his favorite because it is a meal he is proud of having had made on his own using all of his favorite ingredients.

Warm broth with a hint of spice? Check. Tender beef? Check. Long, chewy noodles of varying thickness that manage to soak up all the flavor possible while still retaining its texture? Absolutely!
Although he's not much of a fan of soups, there's one thing he can't resist, and that's noodle soup (especially if the noodles are hand pulled)!
His second favorite part of hand pulled noodles is that he gets to watch the chef make the noodles (in most instances). Through the glass window, he gets to watch - with eyes as wide as an owls' - the skilled cook roll, stretch, twist, pull, and cut the noodles. From a saggy pile of dough, Zion watches it be transformed into long, thin, stretchy noodles that taste impossibly delicious.
His favorite part of them, you ask? Of course, it's eating them!
Here's a secret; many times he dreams of working out and changing from that 'saggy pile of dough,' he calls it, into the 'long, thin, stretchy noodles.' Don't tell him that I told you! Of course, he doesn't realize that he's absolutely fine the way he is - he doesn't need sharper edges to be great. He's got a wonderful personality - just get to know him.
