he's based off a guy from a dream 2 days ago. c:
instead of a fuse, he's just got fire coming out of his head. yeah, it's normal.
I'll try to make an actual ref later. he's supposed to be purple, and his fire is
complementary cause it's orange. he has a tuxedo cause he's fancy.

did you know? the names for rain and snow clouds is
'cumulonimbus' or 'nimbostratus', depending on the structure!
