She nodded. "I'd love that." She kissed his lips.

He smiled a little and kissed her back. "We should try to get some sleep." He said to her.

She nodded. "Let's go then." She yawned.

He stood and picked her up and carried her upstairs. He set her down in their room and got ready for bed and laid down waiting for her.

She got ready then joined him in bed. She hugged him and rested her head on his chest.

Jax held her close and soon fell asleep. He always slept better with her next to him.

As she fell asleep, she held onto him tightly. She still had nightmares but they weren't as common and often anymore.

Jax slept. He always kept her close when he slept and she was next to him. He always wanted to keep her safe.

Mavis stirred a bit in her sleep. She was having a bad dream again. It always began the same way. She would fight with her real dad, then he'd try hurt her. Sometimes she got away. Other times she didnt.

Jax felt her moving and woke up. He looked at her and knew she was having a bad dream. He rubbed her back trying to relax her. He wanted to help if he could. He watched her.
