▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔◄ Lobo lounged around on the large queen sized bed next to his owner who as well laid sprawled out. They had gone for an early run together, getting into an easy workout routine despite being on vacation. Keeps the mind of things, even more than just laying in the pool. That's what they did their first two days, just to get out of the heat. But suddenly, his owner Levi sat up and looked over at him. "Come on L, we're not spending all day in here. Go mingle with other dogs while I go out," He spoke with his low voice, not realizing this his canine could only understand a few of those words. Words being L, come on, go, other dogs, and out. But Lobo got the point of his message, sliding off the end of the bed and stretching out. His older and beat up joints popped with years of use but never slowed him down. His jaws snapped open with a yawn and wandered over to the door while waiting for his owner. A light chuckle escaped the man's lips as he got dressed and grabbed everything he needed, including Lobo's collar. It was a thick light brown leather strap with Marines stitched into one side and his name on the other in dark black. "Can't forget this, people have to know you're a special canine," Levi smiled while reaching over and putting the collar the german shepherd. Lobo just licked his face before backing away from the door to clear space.
He accompanied his owner by walking at his side and wagging his tail at the employees who wandered down the hotel halls, probably to begin cleaning. Nevertheless, they were nice to see and greet. Even if he couldn't say hello in human words. They took the elevator down and started to make their way out of the hotel until Levi realized that Lobo was still following. A laugh shook out of him and those who were watching. "Stay," was all Levi had to say before scratching behind his ears and continuing out the building. That was another word he understood and stood in place while watching his master go. The canine didn't move for a few moments and even sat down in the same spot. After a while, it caught some of the employee's attention causing one to walk over. The man crouched down to hand him a part of his hotdog that must have been from his lunch, only to be flustered with he refused to take it. "Here," He spoke up again and reached closer. It took a second or two for the shepherd to understand that it was being given to him, and quickly took the food from the human's hand.
Appearing pleased, the man left to go back to whatever his job might entail, leaving the male to his own devices. Rather than sit in the way of incoming people and pets, Lobo padded over to a nearby couch to just observe those who wandered in and out. A light colored Saluki caught his attention as she was addressed by the staff. Her voice came out soft and thick with an accent. Her words were muddied by the sheer distance between the two, but it roughly sounded french? The military canine only knew a few commands in French, due to his owner having french relatives and taught him things in that language. Simple commands, nothing too complicated in his eye. But Lobo wasn't a trick or a show dog. The things he learned were to save lives and the mission. From afar, the dog could sense this spoiled aura about the Saluki, and rather than disturb the other, Lobo dipped his head and waved his tail in greeting.▲ ▽ ▲ ▽ ▲ ▽ ▲ ▽

▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔◄ The large maroon SUV slowly rolled into the front of the grand hotel, the sun shining brilliantly off the slopes of the roof and reflecting off the windows. A handsome gentleman, who happened to be Mia Rose's older brother, stepped out of the driver's seat and opened the passenger door and the backseat door on the same side as well. A decently sized female slowly stepped down from the vehicle while taking a look around the resort. The warmth of the sun shined into her fur bringing a small smile that stretched across her muzzle. Rita didn't move from the side of the vehicle as the siblings gathered the few bags that the dog and her owner held. The brother happens to work at the resort and picked up the pair from the very small airport. Once situated, the three finally took off toward inside. Rita stayed by their side while letting her chocolate gaze drift over the workers who wandered past or the few other dogs who caught her attention. But she never strayed from her master's side and patiently waited while Mia checked them in. With a slight tip of her head, the female watched as an employee from behind the counter came to pet her. Within moments, a tag was latched onto her collar, joining the sterling silver tag with her name engraved. Then came the soft petting from the woman with an adoring smile on her face, speaking the language she only knew a few words from to her master. Being the kindhearted soul that she is, Rita leaned forward and licked the closest cheek of the crouched down woman. The interaction between the group of people seemed joyful with the sound of laughter and smiles on their face. Rita was about to follow after Mia until the flick of her hand caught her attention, while the word "go" rang in her ears. She quickly bounded over to lick the hand that gave her freedom before wandering back out of the resort to see what was around. The strong smell of the ocean by far caught her attention.
The Czechoslovakian wolfdog took her time padding out into the sunlight, letting the wind blow through her fur and filled her nostrils with the scent of the salty waters nearby. It's been a while since she was allowed the luxury of the ocean as the salt dries out her skin and pulls out the softness from her fur. But hey, that's what spas are for. Rita continued to walk as concrete changed into the soft and warm sand that overlooked the water. Once she made it to the top of the hill, the beautiful blue's that reflect off of the sky and into the water were more vibrant than ever. A few dog and human pairs dotted the white sand but it was just forever beautiful and clean. On the far side were large rocks along the shore that slowly disappeared into the depths of the ocean. Water lapped against the bottom of the higher rocks, almost as an invitation to lay and watch the water foam. She began her journey down the hill and through the sand, but the closer she got, the more something else gained her attention. More like someone, if anything. But that didn't slow her stride, if anything, that might have sped it up. Curious as to what other kinds of dogs take residence at the resort.
As she drew closer, Rita slowed dog her steps to calmly and gracefully scale the rocks. The dark pelted Beauceron's scent mingled with the ocean as if he were apart of the ocean himself. She walked past him and sat down on a rock about two stones away from him and closer to the water. Every other wave brought up a small splash that would land on her paws or up her forelegs. "What a beautiful view, I see you had the right idea," Her voice came out soft as she turned her head to look at the handsome brute behind her. From what she could see, he had a lean and athletic body type. Of course, marked with a stoic face that she hopes will brighten up. "May I get the pleasure of knowing the name of the handsome dog I'm enjoying this beautiful view with?" A bright smile spread over her features with another tilt of the head, giving her best innocent gaze toward the male.
