Gibbs nodded, "It could still puncture her lung, if that happens she might die. so it could be classed as attempted murder!" he exclaimed.

Roran just stood there and took what they were saying to him, he wasn't going to change their minds.

"Oh its that bad, It could either be classified as first degree or second degree murder. But even if it was only second degree its about 15 years!" Ethan said acting shocked.

Con got what they were doing and he whispered to Dunny "This is funny."

Gibbs nodded and sighed in mock sympathy, "and i doubt it would be second degree. most likely you'd get the death penalty."

Dunny nodded but hearing Gibbs say his and Con's names regained his attention.

"get me the colt .45 in the sparring room." Gibbs ordered. He knew that all the guns in their were unloaded and that they didn't take normal bullets only blanks.

Dunny looked at Con unsure and began to make his way towards the door.

Gibbs watched him and raised his voice to yell "double time." an order to run.

Con looked at Dunny wided eyed. What was he planning to do.

Ethan held back a smile and just shook his head like they were talking about a sad thing.

Once they were out the room dunny spoke to con "I suppose we should do what he says." he said with a shrug, he didn't want to end up besides him.

Gibbs smiled and shook his head as if contemplating some sad thoughts. He turned back to Roran and ordered "Get down on your knee's."

Roran looked at him for a second speechless. "No way. I'm not getting on my knees for you." he shouted forgetting his decision to be polite and stay out of any more trouble. then again he was under threat of death.

Ethan stood up "We want to make this as painful as possible. Ok. Please private just get down on your knees." Ethan made a sad expression that a person might make at a person who doesn't know whats going to happen.

Con looked over his sholder and said "Do you think Gibbs is really gona' shut him or d'you think he is gona' put blanks in there?" He was sure that Gibbs wouldn't shut Roran or would he.

Dunny shrugged "i don't know. i just know what ever happen's i don't want to beside him!" he realised that Gibbs wanted them back fast and picked up his pace to a jog.

"how did this all start again?" Gibbs mused aloud, "oh yeah, you not taking orders." He was getting in even more trouble. "get down on your knees Private. It's not a suggestion." he told him.

Roran frowned and dropped to his knees, "Sir." was all he could or would say.

A nurse nodded and told him that the injured girl was in the barracks and the injured /Lance corporal and some of the more trouble making boys were in the cell.
